BEFORE AND AFTER EXCERCISE

Deep Blue Rub with Peppermint 

Place a small  amount of Deep Blue Rub in palm of hand. Combine with 2-3 drops of Peppermint  and massage into large muscle groups.

LEG CRAMPS

Deep Blue Oil with either Helichrysum, AromaTouch or Lemongrass

Use 3-4 drops of Deep Blue oil and 1-2 drops of Helichrysum, AromaTouch or Lemongrass directly on the affected part of the calf.

SORE MUSCLES AND INFLAMMATION

Deep Blue Oil with AromaTouch, White Fir, Wintergreen and Frankincense

For sore muscles after a run, use 3-4 drops of Deep Blue oil and 1-2 drops of Aromatouch or White Fir.
For inflammation use Deep Blue oil with Wintergreen or Frankincense.

PEPPERMINT

ENERGY AND MOOD ENHANCER

Peppermint

Best before and during a workout to boost your mood and reduce fatigue. Place 1-2 drops of Peppermint in palm of hands. cup it over mouth and nostrils and inhale deeply. (keep away from eyes)

You can also do the same by placing 1 drop on thumb and touching the roof of your mouth.

SPRAINS

Peppermint with Cypress and Fractionated Coconut Oil

Place about 2 teaspoon sized amounts of Fractionated Coconut Oil in palm of hands. Combine with 3-4 drops of Peppermint and Cypress  and massage into sprain.

BRUISES, BITES, IMPACT INJURES AND SCRATCHES.

Peppermint with Lavender

Apply 2-3 drops of Peppermint and Lavender on fresh bruises (dissipates swelling and helps rejuvenate damaged cells),
Do same for insect bites and impact injuries that are on unbroken skin.

MARJORAM

POST SPORTS BATH

Marjoram with Lavender, Roman Chamomile and Frankincense

Place 3 drops of Marjoram, 3 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Frankincense and 1 drop of Roman Chamomile in warm bath. Add some Epsom salt for extra relief.

SOOTHE ACHING MUSCLES

Marjoram with Geranium, Frankincense, Clove and Peppermint

Place 1-2 equal amount of drops of Marjoram, Geranium, Frankincense, Clove and Peppermint. Massage into aching muscles.

POST WORKOUT RUB

Marjoram with Thyme, Lemon, Cypress and Peppermint Essential Oils. 

Use 2 equal drops of Marjoram, Thyme, Lemon, 3 drops of Lemon, Cypress and Peppermint and massage into muscles and joints to prevent stiffness and pain,
You can Combine with Fractionated Coconut Oil to help spread.

LEMONGRASS

PAIN RELIEF

Lemongrass with Lavender, Basil and Fractionated Coconut Oil. 

To dull pain locally, apply directly to the area.  Place a teaspoon sized amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil in palm of hand. Add  2 drops of Lemongrass, 2 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Basil.  Mix your combo choice; Apply to the area and wait 6 minutes before reapplying. A little will work faster than a lot – especially for pain.

MASSAGE BLEND

Lemongrass with Basil, Clary Sage and Fractionated Coconut Oil

Massage blend for sore and tight muscles: Place a teaspoon sized amounts of Fractionated Coconut Oil in palm of hand. Add 3 drops of Lemongrass, 4 drops of Basil and 5 drops of Clary Sage. Apply upward motion toward torso; Wait 10 minutes and then if need to reapply.

BRUISE BLEND

Lemongrass with Helichrysum, Cypress, Lavender and Geranium

Bruise Blend (to strengthen capillaries and speed reabsorbing of blood that had collected in the tissue) Big or little, deep or wide—it works! 3 drops of Lemongrass, 5 drops of Helichrysum, 4 drops of Cypress, 3 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Geranium. Fill up spray bottle with water and add those oils in.

SKIN FUNGUS IE ATHLETES FOOT, JOCK ITCH

Tea Tree with Lavender

Skin Fungus: Treat the affected skin areas daily with a teaspoon sized amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil ,3 drops of Tea Tree and 3 drops of Lavender. If very sensitive skin dilute a little more - It the skin fungus has spread to many areas of the body, aromatic baths with these oils helps - remember to use Epsom Salts in baths to disperse oils throughout the water - not just ride on the surface.

SANITIZE AREA 

Tea Tree with On Guard

Use 2 drops of Tea Tree and 3 drops of On Guard on a paper towel or add to spray bottle with water. Use it so sanitize gym/workout equipment. On Guard is often used by athletes for it antibacterial properties.
